We welcome students and academic staff to join us for two days of workshops, hackathons, and presentations about Open Science methods and developments in psychology and related fields, such as pre-registration, using R for analysis, open source experimental programming, promoting diversity, etc. Much of our meeting time will consist of unstructured conversations and workgroups to develop and promote open science practices, particularly in Australia and New Zealand. If you have always wanted to attend the annual meeting of the Society for the Improvement of Psychological Science (SIPS), this meeting at the University of Queensland will follow much of the structure of a SIPS meeting. If you would like to present and/or participate in the meeting, please contact us to be put on the mailing list. Registration for the meeting is free but required by September 10th—we just need to get a head count for catering purposes.
